3. The surface of the product has dirt, oil, moisture, etc.
4. The distance between the limit sleeve and the forming switch is too close, so that the film winding motor runs in advance, resulting in the front part not being printed.
5. The pressure is too small, so that the rounding fixture cannot be rotated or the sliding sliding is slowed down.

1. After adjusting the air pressure to make it stable, adjust the hot stamping time or adjust the speed of the one-way flow valve.
2. Adjust the hot stamping speed and film roll speed to make them harmonious with each other.
3. Use a clean cloth to clean the stains on the surface of the product.
4. Adjust the interval between the limit sleeve and the travel switch, so that the entire pattern can be completely printed.
5. Adjust the fine adjustment nut on the cylinder to reduce the pressure.
3. Reasons for the wrinkling of the thermal transfer pattern after hot stamping
1. If the temperature is too high, generally the second pattern after hot stamping will wrinkle.
2. The switch of the tension motor is not turned on or the spring pressure is too large or too small.
3. During the process of hot stamping, the film frame roller moves with the probe, which causes the distance between the thermal transfer printing film and the rubber roller to be too close.
4. Printing speed and tension are not harmonious.
coping measures
1. Lower the temperature to a suitable hot stamping temperature.
2. Turning on the tension motor switch may increase or decrease the pressure of the spring.
3. Adjust the distance between the heat transfer printing film and the rubber roller, it is recommended to be between 1 cm and 2 cm.
4. Reduce the temperature or reduce the tension.
